How to buy from a small business without spending a fortune

I know what you're thinking, we're a small business...but we understand that gifting can be expensive so we're here to tell you how to make it a little cheaper. The key is organisation and here's why...

Step One

If you organise your year to ensure you're always ahead of yourself, it gives you plenty of time to find gifts, or treats for yourself, a little cheaper.

Step Two

Mailing lists! Mailing lists filling your inbox can sometimes get a little overwhelming but they're the best way to find out about any discounts a small business is offering. Often small businesses will also offer exclusive discounts to mailing list members, so it's a great place to be!

Step Three

A nice simple one is just to follow small businesses on social media. They'll often post their discount codes or sales onto Instagram or Facebook so you can grab a bargain.

Step Four

Each Friday, search for the tag #fiverfriday

Fiver Friday is a movement whereby small businesses offer certain items for only £5! These items can often be half price or sometimes even more, so it's a great way to find things really cheap.

Step Five

Find some local businesses that you like. Often they will offer cheaper delivery (like we do) if you live nearby. This can save you money on the dreaded shipping!

That's all for today. I hope these little tips have helped you and happy small business shopping!

Much love x
